I am thrilled when anyone finds and reads this blog, but I must confess, I get a big laugh from reading what people are looking for online. Here are a few recent searches:

In other news, I’m starting yoga this week. There are certain things a woman my age must do to keep, shall we say…limber. In addition to the obvious benefits of yoga, like toning and strength-building, yoga also increases flexibility. In order for me to be able to continue having sex in positions, like reverse cowgirl, I need to remain flexible. As much as doing hot yoga (Bikram) terrifies me, I am looking forward to reshaping my body, losing a few inches and being able to stretch in ways I never could before.  As much as I appreciate my own curves (and other women’s curves), I know I feel better about myself and my confidence soars when I am at a certain size and at a certain fitness level. After all, how much more fun can I have with Rick and with others, when I can return to executing poses like these?

    I am a Personal trainer/group fitness/pilates instructor and always get so excited to know woman are out there trying to be there best! I think you should also give Pilates a try as it is also great for flexibility as well as strength to help out in all those positions we like to get ourselves into.

      Hi Brandi – thanks for reading, and for posting a comment. I’ve been doing yoga and started running again to get into even better shape. Pilates is fantastic! I tried it a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Maybe I can add that to my fitness routine again soon. 😀
