Humans love variety. We just get bored doing the same thing over and over. Including sex. That’s the main reason Rick and I got into swinging. We aren’t bored with each other, but it’s sooo much fun to add something (and someone) different into the mix once in a while.
I am always amazed at how many ways a body can bend and turn when it comes to having sex. Just when I thought I’d seen (and tried) almost all the positions I can think of, here comes not one but four more. (The things I learn from reading men’s magazines!)
So, courtesy of Men’s Health, here are four new moves you can take to your weekend swing party, house party or private party with that special someone:
- The Pretzel (a.k.a. The Pretzel Dip, The Camel Ride)Benefits: The deep penetration of doggy-style while face to face
Kneel and straddle her left leg while she is lying on her left side. She will bend her right leg around the right side of your waist, which will give you access to enter her vagina. For many women, rear entry hurts their backs. This position allows her to lounge comfortably while enjoying deep penetration.
Now try this: Manually stimulate her using your fingers. Or withdraw your penis and, holding the shaft with your left hand, rub the head against her clitoris to bring her to the brink of orgasm then you can reinsert when she wants you inside her.

She lies face down on the bed, knees slightly bent and hips slightly raised. For comfort, and to increase the angle of her hips, she can place a pillow under her lower abs. 4. The Pole Position (a.k.a. Thighmaster)
I never saw Suzanne Somers do this in any of those infomercials…

Lie on your back and bend one of your legs, keeping the other outstretched. She straddles the raised leg with a thigh on either side and lowers herself onto your member so that her back is facing you. She should hold your knee and use it for support as she rocks up and down.
